I hope you are alright. Last week, I ate my favorite food. Nasi liwet . This food comes from West Java. mandatory food when gathering with extended family. Nasi Liwet can also be used as gratitude. Nasi liwet is made from rice added with savory spices, plus anchovies. Then, there is fried chicken, fried tempeh, fried tofu, salted fish and raw vegetables. Don't forget the spicy chili sauce. I like Nasi liwet . a food that strengthens brotherhood.
