_Buen día amigos, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una sesión de fotografías que tome a la Basílica menor de San Pedro Apóstol, este santuario religioso fue inaugurado el 29 de Junio del año 1959 en la Parroquia San Pedro, Urbanización Los Chaguaramos de Caracas, Venezuela._

_Good day friends, today I want to share with you a photo session that takes the Minor Basilica of San Pedro Apóstol, this religious sanctuary was inaugurated on June 29, 1959 in the San Pedro Parish, Los Chaguaramos Urbanization of Caracas, Venezuela._

_El templo católico representante una copia de la muy conocida Basílica de San Pedro de la ciudad del Vaticano, por supuesto, su construcción fue realizada en menores proporciones a la del Vaticano._

_The Catholic temple represents a copy of the well-known St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican City, of course, its construction was carried out in smaller proportions than that of the Vaticano.__

_El proyecto arquitectónico del templo católico lo realizó el arquitecto e ingeniero romano Marcos Redimi. Un dato importante es que el pago que solicito Marcos Redimi fue tan solo lo correspondiente a los planos elaborados para el diseño, obsequiado así la construcción del templo religioso._

_The architectural project of the Catholic temple was carried out by the Roman architect and engineer Marcos Redimi. An important fact is that the payment requested by Marcos Redimi was only what corresponded to the plans prepared for the design, thus giving the construction of the religious temple._

_El diseño nos permite ver su forma de cruz griega cuya cubierta se basa en una nave central, dos naves laterales y una cúpula que fue diseñada con la intención de que fuera vista desde cualquier punto de la ciudad de Caracas, Venezuela. La estructura fue construida en concreto armado y muros levantados en ladrillo, revestidos con mármol travertino._

_The design allows us to see its Greek cross shape whose cover is based on a central nave, two side naves and a dome that was designed with the intention that it was seen from any point of the city of Caracas, Venezuela. The structure was built in reinforced concrete and walls raised in brick, clad with travertine marble._

_El tipo de construcción de la Basílica de San Pedro Apóstol de Caracas, Venezuela, es de un estilo neo-renacentista (una corriente de la arquitectura que se desarrolló a principios del siglo 19). Con esto me despido, esperando que disfruten de las fotografías compartidas. Gracias._
