___ *What is your simple snack time experience yet unforgettable?* Hello foodies around the world, it's been a while since I last drop my food experience story on this community. Hoping you are all doing well. For this blog, I will share with you a simple snack time in our site office together with my colleagues.

We all stop and laugh for a minute 🤣. (*Just imagine this moment* 🤣🤣) That growling is very contagious 🤣, perfect at that time our site driver bought a saba banana in a nearby store when he went outside during lunch. I think he anticipated this thing to happen (*and we are really thankful for that*).

Of course, we don't waste enough time with our growling stomachs and light up the pan already, start cooking this sweet saba banana. I initiate the cooking, cause I want to achieve the golden color of the banana and make the outside crispy. (*feeling a chief even a simple snack* 🤣)

___ *By the way, have you tried a fried banana for a snack?* This snack is famous here in the Philippines, and honestly, this snack is one of my favorites since then. That's why I'm a little excited to cook this one.

(*Ours, we just simply slice it in half*). Afterward, heat up a pan, put in the oil, and wait until it boils. Then put the banana on the heating pan and start frying it. Just make sure to flip it from time to time to balance the color of each side. (*It's better to make it on a deep-fry*). No need for seasoning, its naturally sweet taste will captivate you and make you will longing for it for a kind of snack. (*I'm right? cause this is my experience with this kind of snack*). Simple and yet you will be addicted to it.
